Welcome to our beautiful Devon home
We would love to welcome family and friends to our beautiful Devon home, where we know you will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
Kestrel is a two bedroomed cottage, with two ensuite bathrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. The large decking area has a dining table and chairs for outside entertainment plus comfy sun loungers all overlooking a sweeping valley, tennis court and golf course. Changeover day is Thursday.

Peaceful location
Kestrel is in south Devon 5 miles from Dartmouth and 10 miles from Totnes. The River Dart snakes it's way through the rolling Devon countryside only a few miles away and the south Devon coast with miles of walks and excellent beaches are nearby.
Golf course, spa, swimming pool & tennis court
Kestrel is located adjacent to the Best Western Hotel & Golf Club, Dartmouth. Guests staying at Kestrel have temporary membership of the leisure facilities:

- spa (charges for treatments)
- the spectacular and immaculate golf courses (guest membership - 18 hole Championship Course and 9 hole Dartmouth Course)

- One reserved car parking space and other visitor spaces. 24 steps or a ramp from the car park to the cottage. There is no parking beside the cottage. Luggage trolley for your use is available in the cottage
- TV with sound bar & DVD player (some DVDs in the cottage)

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, milk frother
- Utility cupboard off the entrance hall with washing machine and tumble dryer
